Education
Dr. Stelzenmueller studied law at the universities of of Bonn and Geneva and was later both a German McCloy Scholar with the Kennedy School of Government's MPA Program and a visiting scholar at the Harvard Law School. The focus of her doctoral thesis was on direct democracy in the United States.
