In this book, Professor Stoner explores Russia鈥檚 rise and its assertiveness globally, raising questions about the motivations and capabilities behind Russian foreign policy.
This conversation will explore the 鈥渄eclinist paradigm鈥 against which Professor Stoner argues in her book and the implications of 鈥淩ussia Resurrected鈥 for U.S. foreign policy in the first year of the Biden administration.
